I don't believe in one-size-fits-all training. Every athlete is different — different strengths, different weaknesses, different goals. My job is to understand who you are as a fighter and build a programme that gets the best out of you specifically. Whether you're stepping into a gym for the first time or preparing for competition, the approach is always the same: precise, disciplined, and built entirely around you.
